The story of CooleyCore
With deep experience and expertise in engineering data, CooleyCore is purpose-built to enable organizations and facilities in the energy sector to make the most of their data.
Since 2008, we’ve been focused on innovation and efficiency in data management. Our solutions are tailored to each client’s needs — in the current context and in anticipating future needs. Our client-centred approach allows organizations to enhance their ongoing operations as well as lay the foundation for leveraging AI and machine learning as they look forward.

Our team
Dennis Cooley
Dennis Cooley has over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, starting as an Instrumentation & Controls designer. Since then, he has led deployment of engineering applications within Engineering and Oil & Gas companies companies. Dennis is a leader in the Engineering Application space and speaks at international conferences. He has grown CooleyCore Associates Inc. to a team of 25 associates.
Zur Bar
With over 30 years in the Oil & Gas industry and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Zur has held positions as Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, Sales and Services Manager, Business Development Manager and General Manager of Intergraph’s Software Development Centre. He is one of the primary architects of Intergraph’s SmartPlant Instrumentation and its predecessors (Intools and Process Instrumentation Design).
